A little about me.....
I started my career in the public sector as a Housing Director of Home Ownership & Commercial/New Business. Juggling a career and family was very difficult but a passion for property led me into the world of Mortgage Finance & Property Development and more recently into my current role of Financial Adviser.
For years I successfully led dynamic teams in the public sector world but always wanted to have a business of my own where I could work more flexibly around my family yet play to my strengths which was largely around developing people and business development.
I’m a single mum of four children aged 8,9,11 & 18 so I can appreciate the ups and downs of the career women, wife and mother. Now divorced I can also empathise with the stress and demands placed upon the modern women and the importance of being financially independent.
My passion now, is to work with Women to help them become confident & savvy about their financial position, a woman’s “best friend” for the financial aspects in your life.
I enjoy Salsa, music and chilling out (preferably in the caribbean sun). My children are also my passion and they motivate me on the "down" days but are also the reason why I run out of energy at times.
I'm very down to earth and approachable. Financial Advice is not just for the wealthy and I aim to make it accessible to the average, ordinary, hardworking woman.
